App Sensitive Permissions

1. MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE

Our application uses the MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE permission to support the Private Vault feature.

This permission allows the app to securely store private photos and videos so they remain accessible even after the application is reinstalled.

Why This Permission Is Required

  • To store private photos and videos in a secure hidden folder
  • To allow users to restore their files after reinstalling the app

  • Only files stored in the Private Vault are accessed

2. Use of Foreground Service Permission

Our app uses a Foreground Service to enable the App Change Monitor feature.

This feature allows users to monitor application installation and uninstallation events when the feature is manually enabled.

  • The service runs temporarily and can be stopped anytime
