These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for using all mobile applications published under the developer name "GlassTech".
By installing or using our applications, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our apps.
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement, Disclaimer Notice, and all related agreements: "Client", "You", and "Your" refer to the user accessing or using our applications and complying with the Company's terms. "The Company", "We", "Our", and "Us" refer to GlassTech. "Party", "Parties", or "Us" refers collectively to both the user and the Company.
All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment required to provide services to the user in the most appropriate manner for fulfilling the user's needs in accordance with the Company's services, subject to the applicable laws of the Netherlands. Any use of the above terminology or other words in singular, plural, capitalization, and/or he/she or they shall be considered interchangeable and referring to the same.

License
Unless otherwise stated, GlassTech and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all content and materials within GlassTech apps. All intellectual property rights are reserved.
You may access and use our apps for personal use only, subject to the restrictions set out in these Terms.
You must not:
- Republish material from GlassTech's apps
- Sell, rent, or sub-license material from GlassTech's apps
- Reproduce, duplicate, or copy material from GlassTech's apps
- Redistribute content from GlassTech's apps
This Agreement shall begin on the date you start using our apps.
Parts of this app may allow users to post and exchange opinions or information in certain areas. GlassTech's apps do not filter, edit, publish, or review Comments before they appear on the platform. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the person posting them and do not necessarily reflect the views of GlassTech, its agents, or affiliates.
To the extent permitted by applicable laws, GlassTech shall not be held responsible for any comments or for any damages or expenses caused as a result of any use of, posting of, or appearance of comments on this website or within the app.
GlassTech reserves the right to monitor all comments and remove any comments that may be considered inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
You warrant and represent that:
- You are entitled to post comments on our App and have all necessary licenses and permissions to do so.
- The comments do not infringe on any intellectual property rights including copyright, patent, or trademark of any third party.
- The comments do not contain defamatory, offensive, indecent, or otherwise unlawful material.
- The comments will not be used to promote business, commercial activities, or unlawful conduct.
By posting comments, you grant GlassTech a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit, and authorize others to use and reproduce your comments in any form, format, or media.
Hyperlinking to our App
The following organizations may link to our App without prior written approval:
- Government agencies
- Search engines
- News organizations
- Online directory distributors linking in the same way as other listed businesses
- System-wide Accredited Businesses except soliciting non-profit organizations, charity shopping malls, and charity fundraising groups
These organizations may link to our home page, publications, or other App information as long as the link:
- Is not deceptive in any way
- Does not falsely imply sponsorship, endorsement, or approval
- Fits within the context of the linking party's site
We may also consider and approve link requests from the following organizations:
- Common consumer or business information sources
- Dot.com community sites
- Associations or charity groups
- Online directory distributors
- Internet portals
- Accounting, law, and consulting firms

We will approve link requests if we determine that:

Approved organizations may hyperlink to our App using:
- Our corporate name
- The uniform resource locator (URL) being linked to
- Any other description of our App that makes sense within the context of the linking site
Use of GlassTech's logo or artwork for linking is not permitted without a trademark license agreement.
iFrames
Without prior written permission, you may not create frames around our webpages that alter the visual presentation or appearance of our App.
Content Liability
We shall not be responsible for any content appearing on your App. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims arising from content appearing on your platform. No links should appear on any website that may be interpreted as libellous, obscene, criminal, or that infringes on third-party rights.
Reservation of Rights
We reserve the right to request removal of all links or any specific link to our App. You agree to immediately remove all links to our App upon request. We also reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and linking policies at any time. By continuing to link to our App, you agree to follow these linking terms.
Removal of links from our App
If you find any link on our App that you consider inappropriate or offensive for any reason, you may contact us at any time. We will review requests to remove links but are not obligated to do so or to respond directly.
We do not guarantee that the information on this website is correct, complete, or accurate. We also do not promise that the website will remain available or that its content will always be kept up to date.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our App and the use of this website. Nothing in this disclaimer will:

As long as the website and the information and services on the website are provided free of charge, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature.
